Consulting
Consulting is the recruitment of outside expertise for a certain task. I like to think of myself as “un-sticking” the organizations I consult with. Have you ever opened your fridge and stood staring blankly, unable to see what you wanted? Until and unless it is pointed out to us, we may be unable to see what we have become accustomed to. This is the power of repetition and habit.
My job is to show your organization to you in a new light. By bringing a fresh, expert perspective to the existing equation, I can find hidden value. Together, we can reinvigorate your workplace and find exciting new opportunities for innovation and positive change.

It is crucial to involve every individual as much as possible. “Change” is automatically negative for human beings.
